Our prices for translations

We put together an individual offer for every inquiry. This is because every inquiry is different and we want to make sure that we precisely meet your needs.

• Prices for documents with continuous text are calculated by the number of lines in the document. A standard line consists of 55 characters (including spaces). The price per line depends on the language, the level of difficulty and what the document is to be used for. Get in touch with us and ask for a fixed price offer.
• There are special conditions for large projects and agencies.
• Legal documents that we have translated can be notarised by a publicly certified translator at a small extra charge.
• On request, we will provide you with a non-binding estimate based on the source text or extracts from the source text.

Timing

A standard DIN A4 page takes around one hour to translate. In addition, there is the time needed to get in touch with the proper translators, to get the documents to the right address etc. That means it is often possible to get shorter translations back within a matter of hours. For larger jobs we would ask you to get in touch with us in advance so that we can ensure that we have the necessary capacity free to handle your translation.

File formats

The easiest and fastest way of getting your translation done is to send us your documents per email. Of course you can also come by personally with your translation, send it to us by fax or mail it to us. We work with all standard text formats, internet and DTP documents. And of course you can choose if you would like to have it sent back to you as a file or hard copy.
