Our region
Radebeul
Our translation agency is located in the beautiful town of Radebeul, which neighbours Dresden, the capital of Saxony.
A place of wine, villas and gardens, Radebeul has approximately 35,000 inhabitants. Our home town is popular for its scenic location near the river Elbe, the typical terraced vineyards, the Karl May Museum, the narrow-gauge railway “Lößnitzdackel” and the lively bars of Altkötzschenbroda.
Dresden
The border to Dresden is only 4 km from our translation agency. Dresden is internationally known for its impressive old town with the Zwinger complex, Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady), Royal Palace and Semper Opera House.
But Dresden also is an important industrial centre. Fields include microelectronics, information technology, new materials and nanotechnology, machine and plant construction, vehicle and aerospace engineering, solar technology, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. As a translation agency we support the authorities and institutions in Saxony, such as the Staatliche Kunstsammlung (Dresden State Art Collections), our Airport and many medium-sized companies.
Saxony
The Free State of Saxony has about 4.5 million inhabitants. It is located directly next to Poland and the Czech Republic. For this reason, these two languages – in addition to English – are among the most frequently sought-after languages at our agency. The people in Saxony are known for their local dialect, diligence, inventiveness and sociability. Other famous cities in Saxony are Leipzig, Chemnitz, Zwickau, Plauen, Freiberg, Riesa, Meißen, Radeberg, Freital, Aue, Kamenz, Bautzen, Görlitz and Zittau.
